21 Day Movement Challenge

We’re so glad you have reached out about the 21 Day Movement Challenge with Soul Pump Fitness. For 21 days we will be moving together to create an Energy Shift!

This challenge was created for anyone who is looking to bring positivity, focus, energy, and balance into their lives. The workouts are about 30 minutes each day and include full-body strengthening exercises, balance, cardio, elements to improve posture, alignment, and simple restorative poses. There are modifications included in the videos so a variety of levels can use this program with success. As you grow in strength and endurance throughout the challenge, so will your program. However, we also value rest. At the end of each week there is a dedicated class for deep stretching. At this time, we will guide you through restorative stretches to relax your body and to help promote deep sleep and stress management. The entire mission of this challenge is not only to create more movement and strength in your physical body but to develop a mind and body energy shift that you carry with you after our 21 days together.
