Prenatal Classes

This class is dedicated for mommas to be in their second and third trimester. In a peaceful environment the focus of this class will be on safe prenatal core exercises, strengthening of the lower body and pelvic floor, postural alignment to keep the back strong as the body grows forward, and supportive stretches using yoga props.

Postpartum Classes

This class is designed for new moms after they have had clearance to return back to exercise. The workout will be based around keeping the balance in the body of all the overused muscles that are required while caring for your new baby. The focus will be on rebuilding core strength, posture & back strengthening exercises, lower and upper body movements, and flexibility. Babies that are pre crawling are welcome to join their mommas. 

We find this class is also an amazing opportunity for your little ones to practice their tummy time as they are inspired by watching you move!
